Renegade Battery’s Return Process
Renegade battery guarantees your satisfaction with our products you purchase from us. We pride ourselves on quality products and outstanding customer service. If there is a problem with one of our batteries, please review the following information that outlines our return policy.
- Please inspect all packages for any damages incurred during the shipping process and inform Renegade battery within 7 days if there is a problem.
- If an incorrect battery is ordered or the battery is simply not needed any longer, the customer may return the battery for a refund within 21 days of the original purchase date. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The returned merchandise must be in unused, unopened and resalable condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages while in transit to us.
- Refunds will be issued relative to the original payment method.

We will provide you with a RMA number (return number) to reference on the return box. Any battery returned to us without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. For all returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
