Renegade Battery products are backed by a limited warranty that ensures they are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [Insert Warranty Period] from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to wholesale purchases made directly from Renegade Battery or an authorized distributor and does not extend to end consumers.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation. It also excludes normal wear and tear, environmental damage, and issues arising from storage or handling that falls outside our recommended guidelines.
To file a warranty claim, the wholesale dealer must contact our customer service department with the original proof of purchase and a description of the issue. In some cases, additional documentation or return of the defective product may be required. Once reviewed, Renegade Battery will determine whether to repair, replace, or credit the product at our sole discretion. Warranty remedies do not include compensation for labor, installation, or loss of business.
